Pricing
All prices quoted on the web page are current as of the date the product page was generated by our system. In case of a discrepancy between the product page price and the shopping cart price, the Shopping cart price at the time of order will take precedence, and will be the price applicable in the case that an order is placed. The prices listed on our shopping cart do not include shipping costs. All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is displayed in error or a pricing error has occurred, Sexysensuous.com.au will cancel the order and notify the customer. Errors and omissions are excluded.

Warranty

Delivery
The delivery time for each order is based on the Availability time for the Product(s) + Shipping time. Shipping time varies from area to area, and can be anywhere up to 7-14 working days.(locally) and (15 -20days internationally) depending on stocks availability. In the case where multiple products are ordered together, available items will be shipped immediately, outstanding products will be shipped as they become available. In circumstances where a particular product will be delayed for a lengthy time, Sexysensuous.com.au will endeavour to advise the customer of the situation and make any arrangements or adjustments necessary.

Upon Receipt Of Order the customer is required to visually check the goods for signs of damage BEFORE accepting the delivery. In cases where the consignment is damaged in transit, the customer must decline the delivery and contact Sexysensuous.com.au as soon as possible. Before opening any product boxes, please check that you have been sent the correct product. Sexysensuous.com.au can only accept return products in their original condition - please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

Returns Policy
Sexysensuous.com.au DOES NOT offer a money-back guarantee. All purchases are final, and will only be eligible for return in the case of a fault or warranty issue. All returns of this nature MUST include original packaging, original owner's manuals, warranty card and any included accessories, remote control, and/or power cords that came with the product.

Most items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 14 working days from the date of shipment.

Only items that were damaged or defective can be returned. However, we will not be responsible for the damages caused by shipping.

Items that are not fit are not returnable. Please check your size on the Size Chart and available colors before purchasing the items.

Please Note:

• Return Order Condition: The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being worn are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
• Items Not Returnable: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of panties, bikinis, g-string, thongs, or similar intimate items.
• Shipping Charges for Return Items: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items and they should take up the insurance on their own.
• Shipping Option or Return Items: When sending a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a parcel service such EMS or DHL that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of return goods.
• Shipping Duration for Return Items: Return items must be received within 14 days of the RA number being issued. Items received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.
• Credits: Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

How To Return/Exchange an Item

• If there is a problem with the order, e-mail us at sales@sexysensuous.com.au within 7 business days of the receipt to let us know of your return or exchange.
• You will receive a questionnaire for this issue via reply email. Send back with your answers filled in the questionnaire.
  
• Use the original shipping box and packing materials if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.
  

Return Procedure
In order to return a product, you must contact us prior to sending product back. No returns will be accepted unless prior discussion has been made.

Shipping Information
Ship the product(s) prepaid and insured to the location provided by Sexysensuous.com.au If the item is a defective exchange, Sexysensuous.com.au will pay the return shipping costs for the replacement item. All shipments sent to Sexysensuous.com.au must be insured for an amount equal to or exceeding the value of the product being returned. Sexysensuous.com.au will not be responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen while in transit back to us. Upon receipt of the returned product, Sexysensuous.com.au will inspect and test the returned product. If a product is returned as defective, but is not found to be defective upon technical inspection, Sexysensuous.com.au will at our discretion deduct the standard restocking fees (subject to our Return Policy) plus shipping costs, or return the product to the customer at the customers expense.

Although we try our best to have all items in stock at all times, occassionally we encounter situations where the manufacturer cannot supply us with a particular product as soon as we would like.  In such situations, we will ship all available items to you upon receipt of your order and then we ship the back-ordered item(s) as soon as we receive a shipment from the manufacturer.
